Erica Stachnik

Erica Stachnik serves as Senior Vice President of Development Services for Stonemont Financial Group. In this role, Erica is leading and scaling the firm’s development and construction services functions across the industrial, ISF, healthcare, data center, and corporate services business lines. She joined Stonemont in 2026, bringing more than fifteen years of experience across construction, design, and real estate development leadership.

Before joining Stonemont, Erica spent over five years at Amazon leading Preconstruction and Construction teams in execution of established and emerging business lines. At Amazon, Erica built and led a team of up to 50 preconstruction and construction managers and directed the construction lifecycle for more than 300 real estate developments representing over $4 billion in capital investment. Prior to that, she spent ten years at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, managing multi-disciplinary design and construction for themed entertainment and facility projects in Orlando, FL.

Erica graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. She and her husband reside in Charlotte, NC with their two sons.
