Jake Wehr
Associate
Jake Wehr joined Stonewell in 2024 and currently serves as an Associate on the investments team where he underwrites and executes acquisitions, build-to-suit projects, and speculative healthcare developments across the Southeast.
Prior to joining Stonewell, Jake began his career at ACG Professionals in Atlanta, where he performed financial due diligence for large institutional clients with a focus on ARGUS underwriting. He also served as ACG’s primary ARGUS instructor, conducting more than 300 hours of formal training for real estate professionals ranging from entry-level analysts to senior executives.
Jake graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 2021 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. He currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
