McLean Voelkel

McLean serves as Vice President of Development & Acquisitions at Stonewell, where he is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of healthcare acquisition and development opportunities across the Sunbelt, with a focus on the Southeast markets.

Since joining Stonewell in 2021, McLean has built broad expertise across the full deal lifecycle – from pro-forma underwriting and credit analysis to market research, due diligence, legal documentation review, offering memorandum preparation, and asset dispositions.

Prior to Stonewell, McLean spent two years at Truist Bank within the Real Estate Corporate & Investment Banking and Institutional Real Estate groups, where he focused on property-level and portfolio cash flow forecasting, internal credit memorandums, and market analysis across all major asset classes.

McLean earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with distinction from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds Series 63 and Series 79 certifications.
